Birch 70 Moisture Boosting Toner

ANUA Birch 70% Moisture Boosting Toner features 70% Japanese White Birch Water which creates a protective seal on the skin and maintains the pH balance. With panthenol and 10 types of hyaluronic acid, it also deeply hydrates and reinforces the skin barrier. At the same time, the ABC complex (allantoin, betaine, cucumber extract) instantly soothes sensitive skin and protects the water-oil balance. 

1. Apply an appropriate amount on cleansed skin and pat into the skin for absorption or apply to cotton pad and wipe across cleansed skin.
2. Moisture: soak a cotton pad and leave on skin for 10-15 minutes before applying makeup
3. Hydrating mist: put in spray bottle and spray on face when dry
