Returns
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been unsealed, opened, and/or used.
We accept returns purchased from www.shifeon.com within 30 days from delivery for unopened items in their original condition and packaging. Items must be returned to our stores or received by mail within 30 days. Shipping will not be refunded. Items received will be credited within 5 business days to the original method of payment. Promotional gifts (GWP) must also be returned. Products can be returned individually. Please email us indicating which items you would like to return along with your order number to initiate the return.
Please note:
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to Shifeon unless Shifeon shipped you a product that was different from what you ordered on shifeon.com. We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information for your package.
- All Korean brand products are final sale. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before purchasing.
Bundles and Sets
Returns on bundles and sets are accepted as long as they remain unopened/unused in their original packaging.
Instructions
Items should be protected in a bag/box. Make sure to enclose your order number, full name, and email address. It is suggested to use a courier service with a tracking number system.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges in store for unopened items in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges online at this time.
Allergic Reactions
We will offer a refund or an exchange for the individual product upon confirmation of an allergic reaction. Photos and/or a doctors note may be required.
